The Stellar Story

Beginning in Adelaide in 1999, a small building company was formed to build private and speculative homes as well as building additions. Due to a high number of recommendations from satisfied clients over the years, the company grew significantly and eventually a niche in the market throughout South Australia was identified.

Then in 2004, this company was launched as Stellar Homes and the vision of setting benchmarks for quality custom designed homes, at an affordable price, with a strong focus on customer service, was born.

With that same vision and commitment Stellar Homes is building not just homes, but relationships with couples, families, retirees and investors all over South Australia

The Stellar Team

Stellar Homes is proud of its experienced and professional team who have been operating collectively throughout the Adelaide housing market since the early 80s. We select the best employees and tradespeople to ensure that our clients are provided with quality care and assistance right from the start and that our quality homes continue to be built with our clients' ideas and lifestyle in the forefront of all decisions.

Our staff are experienced in consulting, designing and constructing single storey, two storey, three storey and hillside homes. Due to the migration and cultural diversity within South Australia, Stellar Homes also employs bilingual speaking staff. Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Italian, Persian (Farsi) languages are spoken, enabling us to better communicate with our clients, while at the same time minimising miscommunications that can sometimes occur during the building process.
