Stellar Homes offers a 7% annual return, zero vacancy risk with long term leases and options to renew the lease depending on the life of the display home. All homes are decorated by our professional interior designer with the latest trends in colour, textures and finishes and are fully furnished, landscaped and maintained by Stellar Homes during the lease period.
