Exceptional service and assistance

Lucius and I both wanted to thank you for your exceptional service and assistance over the last couple of weeks with a pricing estimate for our home. When it came down to the last moments, unfortunately it was the dollar figure that caused us to go another way as we are only able to stretch our budget so far however if it were to be based purely on your efforts and excellent communication you were certainly well above the standard measure.

We would like to express our great satisfaction throughout the last week with your dedication and urgency as well as our appreciation to go the extra mile which we have not experienced a great deal during the process.

Should we have friends or family ask for recommendations we will certainly send them your way and comment on the high standard of service we have received.

"Just a quick note to express our gratitude to you guys. From the very first time we stepped into your display home we felt honesty and assurance, and a high level of interest in the building of our very custom new home. Nothing was ever a problem and we always felt involved in any decision making. Your trades-people were always polite and were happy to go that extra effort to make their part in the project perfect! Interesting to note also, having chatted with many of the trade team leaders the general consensus was that they enjoy contacting to Stellar Homes due to the quality of the work that precedes them before they arrive on site and the labour rates that Stellar pay for good tradies!

We know you guys took a special interest in our home and the end result is simply amazing, we can not praise Glenn enough for his personal interest and impeccable attention to detail from start to finish! The first thing people say when they see our home is "Who built it?" Also constructing a house in the country didn't hold up the build time either which was impressive.

We are also very grateful for you meeting us on site at certain stages throughout the entire building process (we know other builders don't allow this)! This was very important to us and feel other potential clients would agree.

We wouldn't hesitate in building another home with Stellar (not that we need too!) and if you need us to speak to potential clients about our wonderful experience we are more then willing to do this anytime! "Finished product is great. Value for money compared to other custom builders. We have been in our home a few months now and are very happy. The trades that came in after lock up were great guys and we cannot say enough about the tiler and painters and their attention to detail. Our supervisor was very easy to deal with and always answered any query we had. We have built before and realise that there is no such thing as a perfect builder but at the end of the day we believe that Stellar have built us a quality house at a good price. I think the key is to be reasonable with your expectations and always keep the lines of communication open. Overall I would recommend Stellar above other project builders. "

"Great team. Excellent service. Felt like I was well looked after and my ideas reflected in the final design of my home. Construction Manager handled and coordinated building and trades well. While construction went well, there were a few minor hiccups, however, these were promptly sorted out. Compared to other builders I have used before, Stellar Homes certainly ranked higher in customer service and quality and making sure problems were fixed and that we were happy. Glad I gave them a go. "We chose Stellar Homes because of their promise of quality and care in listening to their clients. We found this not only to be true from the start of our building process but it carried through right to handover of our keys. While there will always be issues when it comes to building, Stellar Homes made it all that less stressful. Communication with us was great. I found the regular contact with the construction team at various stages of building allowed us peace of mind and also the opportunity to walk through our home half way through construction to ask questions and see progress. Stellar Homes really went that extra mile by setting up an online site so we could login to view progress with photos and commentary at the various stages of construction. "They took time to listen to us, unlike the past 2 builders we built with in the past. We feel comfortable that we are building what we want, not what the builder wants. As we've chosen to design our own home, it is hard to project our ideas to the builder and foresee the finished product, because there isn't such a display home available. The sales person/builder/staff has kept us well informed throughout the whole process. I love my home. "

"The Sales guys were great at putting our ideas into a plan. High quality selections included, no probs with the Council application and construction moved quickly. The rain prevented initial delays, but that wasn't Stellar’s problem. It was a real team approach at Stellar Homes, and they incl us in that team. The timeframe was good, and you could see the quality in the end result. The price was relevant to the high quality home we got. Overall, building was a good experience and we got what we wanted. "

Dear Darren,

We wanted to let you know how happy we are with the house. In our last discussions you promised us that the attention to detail would be there in the finishing of the house and you were quite correct, it looks amazing. Thankyou for building us the house that you knew you could. The quality and workmanship shows as soon as you walk in the door and this must be credited to you as it is your company. Despite the disappointment of our original plans for our front garden not being able to be completed to what we thought, we were pleased that we were all able to come to an agreement and build a great home.

There are a few people that we would like to let you know who went above and beyond with their individual effort and professionalism. Firstly Glenn. From the moment he came on board everything ran smoothly. He answered any query we had with patience and good humour. His perfection to detail matched ours or exceeded ours, which is saying something! He went out of his way to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. He is a real asset to your company and we appreciate all that he did. Next up is Radenko and his son (painters). Rad's attention to detail was exceptional. It is rare to find a tradesman today who has such pride in his work and so particular. He painted our house as if it was his own. He is a true gentleman and always a pleasure to talk to. Gerry also took the time to actually work out the layouts of the tiles and to ring us before he even started to discuss how it would look. He did a fantastic job in both bathrooms and the finish is beautiful. We were both very thankful for Gerry's help and positive input . We would also like to say a huge thankyou to all the office staff who helped us in one way or another. Michelle was brilliant at helping with all selections and sorting out all of our requests. All emails were replied to very promptly and professionally. Thanks to Zoe and Mark as well for fielding our numerous phonecalls.

Lastly today we finally had our concrete finished by Sandro from Auldana Foundations. He was true to his word and did the work in a professional manner with no ill feeling. We are thrilled with the end result of our aggregate driveway and paths and have already had numerous people commenting on how good it looks. There have been many trials and tribulations with building this house as there are with all. We said all along we were realists and that mistakes happen. Thankfully all problems were sorted in the end by yourself and your team with diligence.

We truly love our house and have found very little problems. Your current staff are a credit to you and we wish you well in the future.

Firstly, Stella & I want to thank you for the excellent quality home you built for us. The attention to detail and finish are exactly what we were looking for in a builder and you have definetly provided both.
